Vashishtha Kufa (Vashishtha Kufa) is a sacred and peaceful meditation cave. It is located about 25 km from Rishikesh on Bhadrinath Road. Named after the philosopher Vachistha. who is one of the seven wise men (Seven Great Sages) according to Hindu tradition It is believed that the sage Vasishta meditated in this cave for a long time. and later became a place of spiritual importance.
